You must be at least 18 years of age and an Indian resident to use DigiFinn. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding and KYC.

DigiFinn provides a platform to discover, evaluate, and trade exchange-listed bonds and other fixed-income instruments. We are a technology platform; transaction execution is handled through regulated intermediaries.

Product availability, yields, and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Investments in bonds carry risk, including credit risk, interest-rate risk, and liquidity risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

DigiFinn does not provide personalised investment advice. You are responsible for evaluating any investment decision, ideally with the help of a qualified advisor.

Applicable fees, brokerage, statutory charges, and taxes will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction. DigiFinn does not charge hidden fees beyond what is disclosed.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempts to breach security, scrape data, impersonate others, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, trademarks, and software on DigiFinn are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account by contacting support@digifinn.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiFinn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
